# Extended Disclosures (ISI) Now Available on Display Formats
## We now support Extended Disclosures Overlays on Social Displays, enabling the inclusion of regulatory or critical information without compromising visual appeal.
### Why is it important to include an **Extended Disclosures** in a Social Display ad?
Heavily regulated industries may require lengthy disclosures that could overwhelm the primary marketing message within an ad.
There are two key principles that apply to these disclosures:
- **Fair Balance Requirement**: Safety information must be presented with similar prominence and accessibility as efficacy claims.
- **Readily Accessible**: The disclosures must be immediately visible or easily accessible without requiring significant scrolling, clicking, or searching.
To satisfy these regulatory requirements while maximizing the messaging impact, we’ve launched **Disclosures** available on Nova’s display ad formats.
### **How to Add Extended Disclosures?**
The **Extended Disclosures** offers a clean, scrollable text layer that integrates directly into the ad format without compromising its visual impact. You can simply toggle it on or off when building an ad. There is no limit to the amount of text you can include in the disclosure.
The Disclosure is available on the following display ad formats in both fixed and flexible sizes:
- Photo
- Video (In-Banner)
- Carousel
- Event

#### Setup in Nova UI
Check this tutorial video to see how to add a Disclosure text in a Social Display creative in Nova UI
- **Enable the "Show Disclaimer" module**
- Turn the **Disclaimer** Toggle **On** in the creative, so the fields become editable.
- **Add a Disclaimer Title (optional but recommended)**
- Does not Auto-import with the Source Social Post URL.
- No character limit.
- Font type **is Bold** by default and helps with quick visibility.
- **Add Disclaimer Text (optional)**
- Does not Auto-import with the Source Social Post URL.
- No character limit.
You must provide **at least one field** → either **Title** or **Text**.
- **Add Border (Optional)**
- Enable the Border toggle if you want to make the disclosure text stand out more.
**💡 Restricted Posts**: Many social posts & ads which would require a disclosure will be restricted & cannot be auto-imported in the self-serve platform.
